We've been using Breathe Easy of CNY for years and they never disappoint. Ryan and Bruce installed a new furnace for us last week. They arrived 5 minutes early (perfect!), were very professional, and finished in less time than we thought. We are very happy with and highly recommend Breathe Easy of CNY!!

Breathe Easy of CNY has been my go-to for heating and air-conditioning services for several years. They have never let me down. Their installers are fantastic as well. Always courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

Dan and Sam recently installed my new air-conditioning unit after Breathe Easy helped me keep my old one working for as long as possible. It was over 20 years old and Breathe Easy helped me get a few more years of use before it finally gave up for good. Dan and Sam were great! They installed the new unit and cleaned up very well afterwards. They answered my questions and made sure I understood the new changes.

Last year my heater, also very old gave up and of course, I contacted Breathe Easy. The crew they sent that time were also courteous, professional, and explained everything very well. I do not remember their names, however I will not forget their professionalism and expert knowledge. My winter was much more comfortable thanks to them and the whole Breathe Easy crew. I highly recommend this company. They hire the best!

Breathe Easy has been taking care of us since 2008. We can't say enough good about them. Great family that treats you like one of their own. We appreciate Herb's expertise and recommendations. We just moved to a new home and the AC decided it wasn't going to work. We had a new AC system installed by them. Dan and Sam (the installers) showed up on time, smiling, and ready to work. They were professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. They showed us things that needed to be corrected in the system and took care of the issues. They also let us know what they were doing throughout the install. Dan and Sam certainly got their miles in between our basement and the outside unit. They did a super job and everything is neat and tidy. I would highly recommend Breathe Easy. Thank you Dan! Thank you Sam! Thank you Herb! This was our first time using Breathe Easy and it was an excellent experience beginning with the very first phone call to Susan and Dylan. We were informed and guided through the entire process of our new furnace installation with every question answered and everything explained until the job was completed. Dan and Sam arrived early and did a superb job of installing the furnace and cleaning up after. They were both courteous and professional and did an exceptional job. We will continue to use Breathe Easy for all our HVAC needs in the future!!!

After the recent flooding in our area, we lost both our boiler and hot water tank. Adam came out to service the units and recommended replacement, as the damage was too great.

Adam and Dylan walked me through my options and we settled on a combination unit replacement. On the first day of our install Adam returned with Dan and Sum and over the course of 2 days they installed our new system. These gentlemen went over and beyond to ensure we returned to a normal state and my family couldn’t say enough about how great of an experience we had with Breathe Easy.

We will be using them again for an AC system.
